2. Defeat Mohg, Lord of Blood
Location: Mohgwyn Palace, an underground area with high difficulty.
How to Access: There are two main ways to get to Mohgwyn Palace:
Teleporter: Found in the west of the Consecrated Snowfield.
Pureblood Knight's Medal: Given to you at the end of Elden Ring Items White Mask Varré's quest, which allows faster access to Mohgwyn Palace.
Tip: The Pureblood Knight's Medal lets you skip most of the area, but Mohgwyn Palace is a tough region, so be ready for high-level enemies and a challenging boss fight.
Boss Fight: Once inside Mohgwyn Palace, you’ll face Mohg, Lord of Blood. After defeating him, head to his throne room.

3. Interact with the Withered Arm in Mohgwyn Palace
Location: After defeating Mohg in the throne room, you’ll find a bloody cocoon with a withered arm sticking out of it.
Action: Interact with the arm to activate the DLC content. This will trigger a cutscene and transport you to the Land of Shadow, the new DLC region.
NPC Interaction: If you cannot interact with the arm immediately, try fast-traveling to the nearby Site of Grace to reload the area. You’ll then find Needle Knight Leda, who will introduce herself and guide you to Elden Ring Items for sale interact with the arm.
