Skull and Bones – New Horizons Quest Guide
Objective: In the "New Horizons" quest, you need to Skull and Bones Items investigate the Exeter wreckage to find crucial information about the location of Sainte-Anne and retrieve a specific item that proves your worth as a pirate.

1. Locating the Exeter Wreck
Starting Point: After finishing the "Pirate’s Deal" quest with the Pirate Chief Officer, set sail from the island where you spoke to the Chief Officer.

2. Entering the Exeter Wreck

Journal of Exeter Frigatt:

Location: On the next level up, look for the Journal of Exeter Frigatt on the floor. It will be located before the door to the captain’s quarters.
Captain’s Quarters:

A map indicating the location of Sainte-Anne.
The captain, who is presumably stabbed and sitting in a chair.
A letter in an envelope, which is crucial for proving your worth as a pirate.

4. Completing the Quest
Delivering the Letter:
Next Mission: The "New Horizons" quest will end and transition into the "Appointment With Power" mission.
Objective: You need to deliver the letter you retrieved to John Scurlock at Sainte-Anne.
