Tadalafil and Dapoxetine are the two active components in the combo drug Tadapox. Tadalafil is mainly used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), often known as impotence. It is a member of the class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Premature ejaculation (PE) is treated with the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) dapoxetine. A few of the infrequent adverse effects of Tadalafil with Dapoxetine include nausea, dizziness, headaches, and diarrhea. These adverse effects affect a very small percentage of consumers. A strong erection can be achieved with this medication, but it will lose its potency if you eat a large meal right before or right after taking it.
