Finding a Realmwalker
Realmwalkers are not confined to a single location. Instead, they spawn during the Hatred Rising Event in five different regions of the base game:

Spawn Frequency: A Realmwalker will appear every 15 minutes during the event, rotating through various locations.
Nahantu Region: Once per hour, a second Realmwalker will spawn in cheap Diablo IV Items this new DLC area.
